Poached Eggs on Toast

- 2 Eggs Large grade
- 1 White bread Toasted
Bring the water to a simmer.
Crack the eggs into the simmering water
Set a timer for 3 minutes
Set bread into the toaster and toast
Using a slotted spoon, remove the eggs from the water, blot excess water with a paper towel or clean dish towel, and then place them on the toasted bread.
Salt and pepper to taste and serve immediately.
