The “J.T.” Turkey & Kimchi Wrap
This sandwich is a delicious spin on a turkey wrap. Pungent Kimchi adds a kick which is unusual.
- 1 large flour tortilla
- 3 slices of deli turkey
- 1 fork full of Kimchi
- 1 slice of sharp provolone cheese
- Fresh spinach
- Chopped roasted red pepper
- 2 slices of tomato
- Oil and vinegar
- Salt and pepper to taste
Place the flour tortilla flat on your cutting board.
Layer the ingredients, starting with the cheese and turkey.
Sprinkle with olive oil, red wine vinegar, salt and pepper.
Fold the sides up, and then roll the sandwich into a package.
Slice in half before serving.
