Russian Dressing
This is a piquant and slightly (or not so slightly) spicy dressing for sandwiches or salads. I am a late bloomer regarding the joy of Russian dressing on sandwiches - I am making up for lost time!
Ingredients
- 3 tbsp finely chopped onion
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup ketchup
- 4 tbsp bottled horseradish
- 1 tsp hot sauce
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp sweet paprika
- 1/2 tso kosher salt
Instructions
- Add all the ingredients into a jar and either shake or mix with a spoon.
- Reserve in the refrigerator and use liberally when making your favorite deli sandwich or salad.
