Coleslaw Dressing
My coleslaw is briny, and sour - the dressing has vinegar and mustard - treat this as a refridgerator staple - in the summer months especailly - make it ahead so you can have a great coleslaw on demand!

- 2 tbsp whole grain mustard
- 1 tsp celery seed
- 1 tsp kosher salt
- 1/2 tsp freshly ground black pepper
- 3 tbsp cider vinegar
