Humus
Homemade humus is so easy to make and, in my opinion, superior to what you can purchase - which is often over-processed and lacking texture. It is easy to make, and you can adjust the seasoning to your tastes. I am often asked by people who are tasting the humus I serve, "Did you make this?" My answer is always, "Of course, its easy"
